Student residence - Institut St. Sebastian
Our student residence has individual and inexpensive rooms; Specifically, there are 27 single rooms and 17 twin rooms, all of which are equipped with a shower and toilet. In addition, all rooms have a single telephone connection, cable TV connection and free WiFi
On each floor there is a communal kitchen (induction cookers, oven, microwave, kettle) with fridge compartments and seating areas
Clearance of the Heimplatz
With the end of the use of the home space, all objects brought in by the residents must be removed. The room must be handed over in a clean condition. Items left behind will be used for charitable purposes after a one-off collection reminder with a total of one month's notice without compensation. A washing machine and dryer are available on the ground floor. (Coin counter)
Students are accepted from the beginning of the academic year until the summer vacation (October 1st - June 30th). Changed times can only be made in consultation with the home management
On the 5th floor there is a wonderful roof terrace that invites you to sunbathe and relax. For all musicians we offer a practice room with a grand piano. A covered bicycle parking space in front of the house offers space for bicycles. The whole house is a NON-SMOKING house. We ask the residents to respect this and to smoke either up on the roof terrace or out of the building!
Validity of the dormitory statute and the dormitory regulations as well as the fire protection regulations
The dormitory statute and the dormitory rules are integral parts of the usage contract. The resident takes note. Each user has to pay a liability contribution of 2 months rent as a deposit for damage to the house, the facility, on the phone, etc. upon conclusion of this usage contract. At the same time, an additional deposit for the key, currently EUR 100.00, will be collected. Changes in the rooms are only permitted with the approval of the home management. Dowel mounting, steel nails or adhesive tape on the walls, doors and furnishings etc. are not permitted.
The deposit will be refunded at the end of the home stay. Any damage or outstanding!
